Load out the Gallaf 3 oil rig components at PTSC Vung Tau port

Overview

The project to load out the rig structure including the jacket and topside of the Gallaf 3 project at PTSC Vung Tau port with the weight of 2,500 Mt and 4,733 MT respectively.

In this project, with the transportation of 2 types of components with different weights, the number of equipment to be mobilized was calculated to be most suitable for each type of component

With a componants of 2,500 MT, Sarens experts calculated the plan and chose to use a total of 96 axles SPMT and 8 PPUs of Scheuerle, including 48 axles and 2 PPUs of Trungnam SMC combined with 48 axles and 6 PPUs of Sarens to participate in the load out.

Load out the rig jacket with a weight of 2,500 MT.

In particular, with super-sized and super-weight components up to 4,733 MT, it is necessary to mobilize up to 216 axles SPMT and 9 PPUs to load out. This can be considered as one of the projects with the most number of SPMT axle mobilized for 1 transportation in Vietnam up to the present time.

Load out the rig topside with weight up to 4,733 MT.

Trung Nam SMC's mission

Trungnam SMC participates in the project as a subcontractor to supply equipment for Sarens with the number of equipment being 48 axles SPMT and 2 PPUs.

The equipment is gathered at the project before performing the work to serve the inspection, combination, etc. to ensure absolute safety and highest efficiency.
