Management and coordination of transportation.

Managing and operating a fleet of tractors: coordinating personnel and vehicles involved in transportation. Arrange, arrange work, reasonable route for the driver. Assign specific tasks to each driver. Monitor activity and sign work logs for drivers.

Surveying routes, goods and making transportation plans.

Monitor the location of the vehicle.

Make the arrangement for the vehicle, confirm the delivery record. And track the process of unloading.

Manage costs for transportation: fuel, travel expenses, bridges, ports, etc. Make advance documents for transportation costs, control documents, and complete refund procedures.

Equipment management.

Know the number and operating status of each device.

Monitor, remind and suggest periodic and unusual maintenance and repair. Control the maintenance, maintenance and repair process to ensure progress, quality and efficiency.

Monitor and manage the allocation of fuel, grease, supplies and spare parts for the management equipment.

Keep track of documents of equipment and vehicles: Registration, insurance, transport permits, etc.

Periodically prepare reports on motorcycles and equipment according to the company's regulations.

Understanding and regularly updating new decrees, circulars and laws related to transportation, vehicles participating in road traffic to promptly guide and remind drivers to comply.

Prepare periodic reports and analysis as required.

Other tasks as directed by superiors.

College or university majoring in automobiles, construction machines, mechanics, automation, transportation economics, etc. or equivalent.

Understanding of freight operations, multimodal transportation.

Experienced in fleet management.

Technical knowledge of automobiles and means of transport (especially tractors).

Knowledge of the law (especially the law on road traffic, regulations, circulars related to transportation...).

Office Informatics.

English communication.

2 or more years of experience in similar jobs.
